Gameplay & Game Modes

Syndicate of Vigilantes is a disruptive Play-to-Own AR-game with GPS and FPS elements, set on the largest game map ever created; the entire real world, players step into the role of Vigilantes, tasked with completing high-stakes missions assigned by the Syndicate

After downloading the free smartphone app and creating an account, players are challenged to go on thrilling GPS-located missions to find AR-items in the real world. It will require them to be creative and resourceful to avoid their mission being disrupted by other players who received a mission to stop them: Oh yes! Other players can and will disrupt each others missions (and might even shoot each other), so players need to stay on their toes!

When it comes to gameplay experience, and following our Free to Play principle, we will steer away from 'Pay-to-Win' mechanics.

Some prefer being the lone-wolf, some prefer to move as a pack. We think players should get to choose! For those that prefer a collaborative gameplay, they can form a Clan and collaborate towards achieving their mission goals.

Whether solo or with (new found) friends, the goal will remain the same: Enjoy it, kick ass & get to the top of the leaderboard!

PvE Our PvE mode embodies an adventure which takes the player on a combination of search and battle missions within the games' storyline. They will be challenged to search for the underlying truth about the existence of the Syndicate and its power in the world.

Players are on their own, being dared to participate in game missions where they, while enjoying the thrill of the game, can gather in-game items and tangible real-world assets and benefits.

PvP Players will also be able to battle each other in the hunt for rewards. We have multiple mission templates based on popular First-Person Shooter game modes. Think of game modes like Capture the Flag, King of the Hill, Last Man Standing etc.

Instead of obstructing others, players can also decide to forge alliances with each other and build their own clan, facing other clans in exciting real world battles.

Tournaments & Events We'll also will host tournaments and events, for the best vigilantes of the leaderboard. They will be invited to compete in special tournaments and other events, which will all be streamed.

Hosted Syndicate Mission Hunts/Partner Program Through our online partner program, players will have the opportunity to get rewards from other projects or companies.
